1. You must remove the tyres from your wheels before giving them to us.

2. We fix most damaged wheels unless we consider it is a danger to use the wheel again, so please provide pictures of the damage.

3. A non refundable deposit of £50.00 is required when you book, before we commence work. Please proceed via the paypal button, to book our service.

4. All work is prioritised, by the order in which the deposits are received.

5. Full payment must be received with in 14 days of the work being completed.

6. If payment is still outstanding after 14 days, PureKLAS Ltd reserve the right to retain the goods in storage at an additional cost of £10 per day, for 20 days maximum.

7. If the 34 day payment threshold is surpassed, PureKLAS Ltd reserve the right to sell the item (s) in order to recover the costs, owed.

8.      PureKLAS Ltd will not be held responsible for any paint work damage to a vehicle during detailing, which has resulted due to a lack of/ or incorrect information provided beforehand by the owner.

9.       After your vehicle has been booked in, if we decide additional work is required, or the job will take longer than expected, the customer will be notified of any additional costs before commencing work.

10. To book a date for the detailing service, a non refundable deposit will be required, for half the total amount quoted for the service you require. ( This is to ensure the customers', and companys' time is not wasted).

11.   PureKLAS will not be held responsible for any damage to goods/parcels which have not been packaged securely and appropriately.

12.   All goods/parcels must be packaged in boxes and/or bubble wrapped appropriately.

13.  All wheels must be packaged individually, not as pairs, or more.

14. Bookings for delivery take place, once payment is received.

15. Our delivery service does not operate on Saturday or Sunday.

16. By booking our services, you have agreed to the above conditions.
